Exclamation How to: Make consistent bracket set ups.

I've been a H2H racer for more than a year and just recently started building bracket cars. I found that a 17.066 dial in works pretty efficiently for me. I have a dual core laptop so I'm pretty sure that this should help a lot of people.

Looking for a car:
What I do is go and find a car on the Used Car Lot that I would like to build. Once in the Used Car Lot I click on the menu and find a completely stock car that has 20" Volks and a full kit.

Building the car:
After buying the car I go install 2.500 for first and 2.500 for final (Just to see where the car is running completely OEM) Once I've got this base-line Elapsed Time I go back to the Used Car Lot and find a max HP set up. After I find the H2H set up for the car I go and start installing H2H parts one at a time. Frequently going into the Practice Track and testing my combination. I never use the Royal Purple fluids or any of the Race Gas/Traction Compound. When I have the car running close to what my desired dial in is going to be. I'll try little parts and work with the Air Fuel controller.

Tuning the car: Once you've got your car running close to what you want it to run, you can tune it. The way I tune cars is to add small parts to it that'll make it run just a tad bit faster. When my car is running 17.199 I just add a Sparco S Carbon Fiber Seat then it usually runs 17.099. After You have it running close (like I said before) You can adjust the first or final gear. Careful when doing this because there is a fine line between perfect and disaster. You may also use the Air Fuel controller to help you get closer to your desired dial in.

Example: My 17.066 Rx7 is running 17.132. I move my Air Fuel over 1 dot. Now it is running 17.099. Then I just raise the final up to 2.512 and go back into the practice track to test. Oh boy, it is running 17.066 consistent now.

My computer specs: (Not the best but, it is what it is)

I hope this helped you any. Most people just post their set ups on here and expect them to run great for you as it does for them. Maybe this will kind of guide you into building your own bracket set ups.

Here in the next week or so I'll be posting tons of my personal 17.066 Set Ups for a variety of cars. I'll try to keep it simple and easy to understand.

Feel free to bash, troll, or support below. Any criticism is good criticism. Hope you have a good night community. Take care all of you.
