Why do you say that? They dont come with the foil layed in the grooves, thats something the owner did. They are normally the same color as the car.

I thought Cobras are off paint and regular Mustangs are the same though... I've never seen a Cobra with matching paint.

nah, ive seen alot with the letters the same color as the body. Its more of a aftermarket thing the owners do to make it stand out that it is a cobra.
