Have you ever been able to log into the game? If so, then try re-downloading the game. If you haven't ever logged on then the problem might be the company you have your internet service through aka your ISP.

"your account is locked" Sorry you have left a race that is still in process etc. I found Andrew and he sudgested to wait the 20 min to see if it times out. Thats didn't work, so he said he will try banning and unbanning my account to see if that kick starts it again, nut no good either.

Since then from what i have heard around Nothing mind you from Admin!, that i have to wait until there is a server reset, witch happens every few days apparently.

Now im a little bit shirty because after posting my problem and now waiting 7 days i still have NOT heard a think from Admin or a Moderator on what is exactly happening.

What confuses me most. Is that I made a new account and that works fine with no errors.

I discovered Nitto today and it looks like a really cool game, but i cant log in because of the protocol error. I searched the forums for a sollution only to find that lots of other people get the same thing but no sollution. Ive done everything in the guide, from adding exe in firewall exception to using only a modem and not the router, but to no avail.

I would really like to play this game, so is there other know sollutions for this? I mean how many potential players are trying this game and then just giving up because of this problem. I know its still in beta but why not sort this out first then? Anyway, ill do like everyone else and leave my details:

incorrect protocol...when logging in and having this kind of problem..i advise to restart the modem of your router, give it 2-3 minutes then turn it on again..after which try logging in, that should work..keep it mind people, this tips are only for people who have a routers..i always have this problem and that's the only thing i do..and it works..hope this helps..if for example, that doesnt work..try rebooting your whole pc..

try to look if your network is allowing nitto to operate properly, "connection could not be established" meaning that there is an interferance on the server of nitto and your network provider..try looking at your settings

At first it was because they were working on lag or something like that, but once that was supposedly resolved I was able to log in and so was was everyone else. I logged off and about an hour later I aslo started having this conection error. Not sure what it is about, but the only thing to do would be to just hang tight and be patient.

Switched from nonroutable ip to static ip because i was told by CIE i could not use my old ip for gameplay.

Any info would be nice here, I'm ready to call my isp and choke them through the phone because i have the feeling its them blocking the tcp protocol and not allowing me to fully connect, once i get to the loggin screen my money and streetcredit loads, followed by the error " my loggin is not using the correct protocol" i recently switched from wildblue satatlite net to hughesnet satalite net, due to the extreme slowness of wildblue, i did not have any problems with game play or logging into the game on the wildblue service, how ever now that i actually have a decent isp with fast service, well faster service i can not get onto the game, some feedback would be nice, so i know if i have to call the isp up and get things straight, or if its on you guys end can you maybe patch it or let me know what i have to do.

Have you tried restarting your router, then modem? Yes in that order and make sure it all reboots itself. Close any instances of the game, Internet Explorer and such prior to restarting your computer. Once you are rebooted, try signing in again. Let me know your progress.

Well you were hacked and someone went on you're account and got everything but did you give anyone you're password ..... also Nitto Legends cannot support people that got hacked scammed or glittched LOL you just need to keep you're account secure Umm also you could of got Kelogged if you did do a full system scan

That could be a problem with your internet connection or your firewall blocking Nitto Legends from connecting to the game server. I suggest you get closer to your router if you're on wireless internet and try the following link;

You probably had a typo with the password while creating the account and think you typed something else when trying to log-in. Just make a new account if that one was never activated.
